Architectural Fees
Applications include all relevant plans, sections and elevations, preparation and submission of the application to the local authority with the relevant forms, maps and statement, liaison with the council and tracking of application.
The above fees are subject to a written quote and our standard terms and conditions.
Please note all of the above costs are exclusive of any:
- Local Authority planning and building regulation fees.
- Fees for any structural details or calculations.
- Fees for Thames Water or any necessary utility approvals.
- Legal fees for any necessary Party Wall Agreements.
- VAT.
Our fees are personalized to your requirements and are calculated on a job by job basis’s depending on the type and complexity of your project.
We carry out an initial free of charge non obligation site visit to discuss your project which allows us to understand your requirements and tailor our services and fee charges accordingly.
